EULISSA ELLIOTT
Eulissa Elliott of Okawville, IL departed this life in the Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon, IL on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at 8:45 A.M. She had attained the age of 72 years, 1 month, and 14 days.
Eulissa was born in Breese, IL on December 24, 1952, the daughter of Harry Sr. and Ernestine (nee Henderson) Oakley. She attended Okawville High School and was a member of the Class of 1971.
Eulissa was an active and faithful member of the Four-Square Church in Okawville and was very involved with the church food pantry, spending countless hours volunteering there. She was a homemaker and in addition, she previously worked at the Okawville High School, Daley Plaza in Okawville and the Okawville Burger King.
Left to mourn her passing are her two sons, Erik Elliott of Waurika, OK and Matthew Elliott and wife Melinda of Henrico, VA, five grandchildren, Makenzie and Colten Elliott and Wyatt, Grace, and Samuel Elliott; two sisters, Julia Campbell of Carbondale, IL and Rond
