Mr. Michael Klapetzky of Okawville, IL departed this life in the Select Specialty Hospital within Missouri Baptist Hospital in St. Louis, MO on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, at 7:15 A.M. He had attained the age of 58 years, 9 months, and 19 days,
Michael was born in the Army hospital at Landstuhl, Germany on April 10, 1966, the son of John and Ursula (nee Christmann) Klapetzky. He was a 1984 graduate of Mascoutah High School in Mascoutah, IL. He then attended Southwest Illinois College in Belleville, IL for two years before transferring to Florida Southern University in Lakeland, FL where he received his Bachelor's degree.
Mr. Klapetzky spent most of his life working in customer service. At the time of his passing, he worked in the quality control and customer service department for Wisper Internet. He was a faithful member of the Okawville Community Church and enjoyed Bible study. He was a member of the Okawville Community Club and was a former member of Moose Lod
