Mr. Marlyn C. Patton of Nashville, IL departed this life at Friendship Manor Healthcare Center in Nashville, IL on Friday, May 24, 2024, at 5:47 PM. He had attained the age of 83 years, 7 months and 9 days.
Marlyn was born on October 15, 1940, in Centralia, IL the son of Merle and Henrietta Allene (nee Kroener) Patton. He was united in marriage to Margaret Borowiak on May 21, 1966, at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Radom, IL and she survives his passing.
Marlyn served with the United States National Guard, and he was a delivery driver and mechanic for many years. Marlyn was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church in Nashville, IL and the Knights of Columbus #4384. He cherished his time with his family and enjoyed attending his grandchildren's events and being with his great granddaughter. Marlyn loved going to the lake fishing and playing bingo with his family and friends.
